Re: Barrow AFC v Eastleigh FC

West Ham v Manchester City was on at 12:30. Difficult choice at 14:20 for the TV footie fan - stay in the warm or trudge along in dubious weather to watch Barrow who had disappointed them a few days earlier.

Re: Barrow AFC v Eastleigh FC

A number of us were unable to travel at the planned time due to the A590 closure and chaos on the alternative country lanes.

He speaks sense.

Unable to be in Barrow last night so listened to the radio. Clear description by Adam Johnston and thoughtful analysis by John Goodwin. Appreciated. Last night, however, they ultimately made for difficult listening.
Many thanks

Re: Ground Maintenance Area

Great, as always, to see the work being undertaken. Trophy /Room looking very smart. What a summer of progress it has been on the infrastructure by the owners and volunteers! Painting the external wall of the HSE is a good move - will project a better image and let (the majority of?) people who don'...

Re: PA Announcer Today

Good effort. Could have been worse, mind. There was a visit to the Horsfall, probably 2003 back in the Days of Ronnie (RIP), when the PA guy had been promised a new compilation CD for the match. It had been duly provided but turned out only to contain one track, as he explained to all and sundry whi...
