Re: Eric Harrison RIP

I too have many memories of him playing for Barrow in the 60s. Even without his subsequent achievements he would certainly qualify as one of our great players and of course a member of our most successful team in our football league history.

It's too early to be talking about next season it is only February, a lot can happen between now and the end of this season.
I was about to post similar. We should not be discussing retained list in February.

Re: New loan player

Evatt interview after Fylde game: Dyson probably out for 4 weeks but hopes to get him back. Looking to get another forward in to replace him. Not interested in Bennett as he is too similar to Blyth. Wants someone with pace who can get behind defenders. Has identified a replacement and expects to get...

Is he?
Yes, gone back to Huddersfield for tests
That's a pity. He seemed quite a good replacement for Smith and useful impact sub. I don't think we have anyone similar in the squad.

For those like me who couldn't get BT Sport, there are some clips of highlights plus interviews with IE, Blyth and Agustien here:

Evatt seemed to imply post-match that Kemy was willing to stay, just needs to get the agreement "over the line".

Re: Barrow v Salford Thread (KICK OFF 12:35)

That goal from Kemi is probably the best I have ever witnessed here. He was awesome today. Evatt seemed to imply post-match that Kemy was willing to stay, just needs to get the agreement "over the line". Also said post match that the players probably hate him for having a go at them after the match...

Re: Ian Evatt

This hopefully is just the start of what I hope is a long and successful career with Evatt and the new board giving us a chance to get back into the football league. Everything Is moving the right way, so less of the “it won’t be good news” please. I have a feeling that IE could well become a legen...

Re: Ian Evatt

I sometimes think this forum is populated by trolls who have taken lessons from the russian fake news industry. What's the point of sowing seeds of doubt and worry about whether IE would leave? The speculation is pointless and the opportunity some people take to also sow seeds of doubt about the clu...
