The Cassons have a lot to answer for!!
I noticed IE mentioned the new owners having a lot more to cope with than they expected.

However, the Cassons did get one thing right though - appointing IE. ;)

Re: Maidenhead v Barrow

To be fair, the NWEM report seems to confirm the impression that the commentary was giving in the second half.

Another very good interview with Ian Evatt today, well worth listening again on Radio C post match round about 12 minutes in.

Re: Maidenhead v Barrow

It feels as if the season is fizzling out with a series of poor performances. All gone pear shaped since that great win at Wrexham.

Re: BARROW v Dover match thread

I was hoping to see some highlights from the game but can't find them. Are they too horrific to show?

Re: 2019-2020 Squad - what do we need ro change?

My point is that IE doesn’t ever come up with a plan B,probably dictated by the height of this squad. Im getting to a point were game after game after game is following the same pattern,we have a lot of ball play good football, but constantly over play, get to the final third and run out of ideas. ...

Re: BARROW v Dover match thread

A bit of nostalgia here: I was just looking for highlights (if that's the right word) on Youtube and found the 2015-16 fixture that we won 2-1. What a massive contribution Andy Cook made - oh for another striker like him next season!

Re: BARROW v Dover match thread

Passionate interview with Evatt Very clear message. 11th is not where he wants to be. “Some fans may be happy with 11th, the board may be happy with 11th, but for me as Manager of this football club, it’s not good enough” Looking at the table, we could easily finish up 14th or 15th or even worse if...

Re: BARROW v Dover match thread

TBF, Dover are no mugs as they are much improved and unbeaten in their last 5 games, but with one or two exceptions (Chesterfield, Salford) our home games have been very disappointing. That third goal was almost bound to happen. Evatt will be furious.

Re: 2019-2020 Squad - what do we need ro change?

Pretty much agree with the Aberdeen list. I can only go by a very few games I have seen, plus match reports and highlights, but I am not sure about Jamieson (I get the impression he makes quite a few mistakes) and I would be inclined to keep Barthram as he seems to bring some good attacking options.

Re: Dagenham & Redbridge FC- match thread

Sorry, realise this is off topic, but I think the problem yesterday was that, when I tuned in about 4.55, they were in full flow and it seemed to last an age - maybe 10 minutes anyway - and it was a bit OTT in adulation of all things. Normally, we get quick summaries of all the matches around 4.55-5...
