“It’s 100 per cent mentality. You can’t come in here with small club syndrome. You have to put demands on the players and change expectations. You have to foster an addiction to winning”

Absolutely love hearing these words from the Manager. The fans and whole club mentality has to match the ambition of this manager. We have got to start thinking the same way.

Yep it's like my Dad used to say a hungry boxer wants it more because they need it.
Surprised everyone last season hopefully we can do the same and get some money in the bank from a decent FA Cup run and meet some one in the top half of Premier League

I think the club and fans have struggled previously to manage expectations and build any momentum. This stems from not knowing what success for us should be like.

I've just got a feeling that this could be the season.

Evatt is a young new manager out to prove himself.
We have a very progressive Chairman and Board made up in the main of locals.
We have a great team of volunteers who have worked tirelessly to improve the infrastructure.
Last but not least we have a great fanbase which can get behind the lads from the first day.
Positive encouagement from the crowd is worth a goal's start to any team, so let's get behind the lads and BE POSITIVE!
