The BBC story says he'll initially balance it with his footballing commitments

Actually spoke to Andrew Casson re the drum as match was starting as think when our crowd quiet at home givesxaway team a lift.He can’t see anything wrong with it and would like Barrow fans to make a lot of noise with one!Any likely musicians out there?Perhaps shop can sell ear plugs for rest of us...

According to Radio Sheepdip Barrow played to their own man after the stretcher incident which is probably why their player was told to do similar. The player himself looked like he wanted to throw it to our keeper but he was told not to. Barrow didn't play to their own man after the stretcher incid...

The difference in the two instances was that we were on the attack and, yes, decided to carry on and an overhit cross went out of play. Our keeper laput the ball out of play so someone could receive attention. You weren't on the attack but carried on as if you were. I would say that was far more un...

A very entertaining tussle with both sides having plenty of chances. Tranmere bright in midfield, but thought we adapted better as the game went on and sat deeper not allowing them to play little one twos through us. Shape was disciplined today once we settled and I thought Audel did very well toda...

You did carry on, and you overhit a cross that went out for a throw. I respectfully disagree. You got the point you came for against little Barrow, proud of you. Now now, no need for that. We were on the attack (in some disjointed fashion) for most of the game. FWIW I thought a draw was a fair resu...

There's no rule that says you have to give it back if a team puts it out for their own player. Obviously you'd hope Barrow players would, but if the shoe was on the other foot, nobody on here would be complaining. The goal was coming, and Dixon kept us in it at times. His best game in a long while ...

I can't believe Tranmere's sportsmanship is in question, considering the time wasting Barrow engaged in. At one point your keeper threw the ball down the bloody player's tunnel just to waste a few more seconds! It was farcical.

They sure are a big club, or potential to be. There still getting over 4000 against us and dover last week, when lincoln were struggling in this league they were getting 2000 +,now there selling out 9000,Tranmere would be double figures. The infrastrucure they have in place as well is impressive.That...

Do elucidate at your earliest convenience Holmes. Yussef is stood in front of the keeper hassling him up. Soft but can see why its given. Seems to be how he plays the game, hes very much like Andre Gray in the way he backs into people and tries to use his physique. By being involved with the keeper...

Type of game we will win 3-0 Trannere will bring about 189 then claim its a long way. Cook will get sent off then go eat his weight oin dominoes pizza. It is a long way... ;) Not sure how many we'll bring tonight, but there should be more than for the FA preliminary game. Both sides are depleted......

Possibly the worst draw us Tranmere fans could have hoped for. A tricky away tie at a decent side with only the 1st round of the FA Cup as a reward... I can't see many Tranmere fans making the journey up for this one I'm afraid. While we're crap, I'd rather we weren't in it at all to be honest. Bah ...

http://i68.tinypic.com/o88k6w.jpg Sorry to burst your bubble. Also, the amount of late tackles and little kicks he let go from Barrow players, including the one that left Connor Jennings needing treatment early in the game, was comical. I'm not saying he was a good ref, but he was terrible for both...

On the referee,i dont think ive seen a more biased, cheating performace. Brabin had obviously been in his ear pre match, even there fans are saying never a penalty, outside the box. The ref couldnt wait to give it,anyone got his name ? http://i68.tinypic.com/o88k6w.jpg Sorry to burst your bubble. Also...

Fair play to your fans, lads. Shame the team couldn't turn up for you. That's not a game I'll remember by this time next week, it was pretty dire. We weren't great either, btw.

Hope you all had a safe journey home.
