We knew that injurys would happen and I believe we'll overcome this and others will step up and stake a claim imo

Brilliant win Barrow!, bad luck on the injuries but after this Saturday there’s 2 weeks off by the look of the fixtures

A fantastic result, but at what cost!
Let’s hope a couple can shake off their knocks. As we are down to the bare bones defensively especially.

First match : Barrow v Northampton Town : Sat. 24th Sept. 1960 ... won 1-0... ( which was nice )

Absolutely, we’ve got a small but very capable squad and players have stepped in tonight and done a fantastic job. As Evo keeps saying, we need them all and we will use them all.

Great result tonight but don't know the extent of the injuries, especially Platt. Dixon a good keeper at this level and I'll award him MOM.

Maybe just maybe not being in the FA Cup could be a blessing in disguise with the injury toll mounting - but it is a squad game and these things happen to all clubs - its an opportunity for other players.
