Bit disappointed in this especially against ten men.Just shows some squad players not maybe good enough.Losing patience fast with Harrison.I want a decent cup run .

It means the squad players get another run out. Cant see this game being played until well into January - perhaps the Dover game is going to be postponed again! On second thoughts they wouldn't have turned up anyway they's have lost their way somewhere around Birmingham

I think it's most likely to be played on 2nd round day
Bring it on!!!

Disaster, would rather have lost, last thing we need
You'd rather Barrow lost! You get into bad habits when you start losing. They are professional players so they should be prepared to play whatever the situation. If we are good enough we will be in the promotion mix at the end of the season. Better than being in a relegation battle.

Cracking save from Max and Padddy at the end to keep it 2-2. Better 2nd half. Still lack of quality. Got behind them better but too often slowed it down and went square and let them get 10 behind ball. Can't wait 4 replay.
Stood behind Ray Wilkie for years. Best education I ever had.

I wouldn’t go that far, from the starting 11 I’d say Kay and Brough are the only regular starters, rest are squad members at best and it’s a chance for them again to get another 90 minutes under their belts. Don’t panic!!

Sounded as if some of the squad players didn't do much to stake a place in the first team, so perhaps they should have a chance to redeem themselves!

Taking from this-

- some players getting their first 90 minutes and playing in a side who have not had a full run out together on what looked like a poor pitch. These games are always tricky
- replay will give these players another 90 minutes.
- Penfold scoring a decent strike by all accounts
- we are still in it and who doesn’t love a good cup run.
- Replay should not and will not distract from our league schedule.

It was a cabbage patch of a pitch by all accounts.
Main thing was to get through injury free and hopefully we have done that.
Replay not ideal, but keeps the fringe players active and hopefully one or two will benefit going forward.

Play the replay on Jan 7th and tell Dover to be ready for a Jan 11th game if we lose,Dover are out of the Trophy, but could be short notice to book train tickets.

This. Dover will be 3rd game in 7 days. Play the replay and rest the first 11. Or play it on the 11th (Second round date) and rest the first team ahead of Bromley. Second string may actually get better by playing this level of opposition.
