We looked knackered. Only so long can keep going with such a small squad.

Not at our best by a long way but we didn't lose. Five points clear and we'll take that.

General tiredness or adverse effects of the supposed illness?

Any illness would just make things worse but if you're playing Saturdays and a couple of Tuesdays not long after Christmas and New Year fixtures with mainly the same 12 players it's bound to have an effect on the players.

We've looked poor in the last two games thankfully we didn't lose.

We didn't create one chance in the second half.

Ian Evatt sounded quite positive on RC about the performance tonight. Seemed reasonably happy.

With the Trophy games and the two games in hand, we could have played up to five more games than our rivals in just six weeks - that's gonna take its toll.

Surely a decent case to made for sending the fringe players and reserves/youngsters to Barnet for the trophy game?

With the 2 best defences in the league it had 0-0 written all over it on paper, a good point ultimately, back to winning ways on Saturday tho please.

Sounded like Platt was in the wars towards the end again?

Went into a crunching tackle but won the ball. He seemed to run it off.

Hope were not going to regret strengthening our squad.
Ian has funds available if he wants to strengthen,I hope he brings 1 or 2 in even if it's just short term deals to pad out the squad a bit more providing the right type of player is out there.
He has said on Atleast 2 occasions over the last week that there will be no incomings l

I’d be really surprised if we played many first teamers in the trophy match. Especially with Dover away rearranged for the Tuesday before it.
