The referee for todays trophy game is peter gibbons from the wirrall who we last had in aug 19 when we beat Yeovil at home. the prize money for today is winners £6k and losers £2k

Glad to see key players getting a rest. Still looks like a reasonable defence and a strong midfield but I'll be surprised if we manage a goal.

They don't seem great. We just need a sneaky goal from somewhere and we are capable of holding on.

Sounds like we are doing ok; whatever happens certainly positive signs for when we face them in the league with full first team playing
