Terms & Conditions for The Best Loos-ers Competition
ELIGIBILITY:
This competition is open to any football club in the Premier League, the Football League and the Conference.
TO ENTER:
Submit your football club's name, your name, the football club's postal address, email address, football club logo and photograph of the washroom by email to nrowe@waxpr-marketing.com No purchase entry. Incomplete or inappropriate entries may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of the judges. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Plumb Center reserves the right to disqualify any football club in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
TIMING:
This competition runs from 12.00:01am GMT 1st August 2011. The closing date for nominations is 11.59:59pm GMT on 25th September 2011.
USE OF DATA:
Personal data which you provide when you enter this competition will not be used for future marketing activity if you indicate you wish to opt-out in your email entry.
SELECTION OF WINNERS:
The shortlist of finalists will be determined by a panel of judges. The panel of judges will include at least one independent member. The finalists will be showcased in a voting gallery and an online public vote will open. Voting is available online only. Votes received outside the specified times will not be counted. Voting times may change. Only one online vote is permitted per person. Plumb Center reserves the right to cancel or suspend voting at any time. Plumb Center reserves the right to disqualify votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent voting has occurred or if it considers there has been any attempt to rig the voting. Plumb Center, its sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any telephone network or line, system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any vote being lost or not properly registered or recorded. The winner will be notified in February 2012. The winner may be required to become involved in further publicity or advertising.
PRIZE:
The prize is a makeover of a washroom up to the value of £100,000 including both parts and labour. Prize as stated and is non-transferable. No cash or other alternatives available. Plumb Center reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
WINNER LIST:
The winner consents to their club's name being made publicly available. The winner's name will be available for a period of 2 months after the closing date by email request.
OTHER:
No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Plumb Center's decision shall be final. Plumb Center reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
