In your AGM notice, has anyone received details of how to vote by proxy? I am sure in the past, the proxy votes had to be in by the preceding Friday afternoon - ie today. Also, shouldn't the two new directors, co-opted last year, be named in the' notice' so the membership can vote them in to their posts?

Very good point a proxy vote should have been included as should the ratification of the latest co-opted board members in the agenda.
