I thought he had a full time job he doesn't want to leave. Cant see him going tbh.
Steve Herbert supports the nob theory - Saturday 4th February 2012.

If this bus crashed and everybody on it died, Barrow football would end - Daz Boyle, Boston away, August 9th 2014.

Me and a mate were talking about this on Saturday after Carlisle's thrashing.

Our view was that if Edmo wants a full time career in football he'll take it if offered who wouldn't.

If not he'll stay put.

I'd be more worried if this was the case last year since this time if he were to go we can afford to attract and pay a good replacement.

All that said I hope he stays

Why would you leave a club on the up for a club on a downward spiral?

Why would he want to leave a big club for a nothing club?

I'm sure he'd take it if offered. Less likely he'd be offered it as they generally go for people managing or who have managed at football league level but who knows?

I think he's possible as an outsider- he has a big connection to that club. I do think he would take it if offered but don't think he will be.

Some of them seem to be keen on Paul Simpson, who's been there before. It's a mess up there though- dwindling crowds, lack of investment, disenchanted support. I thought the Celtic Nation bloke Lynch would go in but he was trying to buy Hibs.

Cant see it, would be a strange appointment. Needs stability, experience.

u can c the link but if u look at the 2 clubs i cant c it happening.with a bit of luck we,ll b playing them next season.we,re on the up they,re on the way down.with pc backing it wouldnt make sense.edmo was up against it 4 years at wukie so hopefully even if he was offerd the job he would look at the bigger pictuer and stay with us
how we get there i don,t no.Barrows on the way

8-1 joint favourite now. Holt as player-manager might be a good long shot.Think Carlisle fans want a fresh start and would be wary of appointing someone based on previous connections which seems to have been their default for years. It might go against that but tongue-in-cheek the only possible candidate must be 'Lummy' RCs' Carlisle answer to Doddy. Such an arrogant condescending barsteward but certainly wears his Carlisle colours on his sleeve.
