Very difficult one to call and I suspect what happens in the Fylde game may have a bearing on the result. A win for them whilst it may benefit us will have them fired up for Saturday (still an outside play-off chance with a good run) erspecially after their good win against Solihull at the weekend, though apparently that was much to do with a 'mare from the Solihull keeper. The Worcester we face will be much different than the one that shafted us in the Trophy. A couple of players moved on in the window, they have several long-term injuries and Khan, who was responsible for that much-watched bodyslam at Stockport is in the midst of a six-match ban. They also have a couple of lads whose loan from Southport ran out at the weekend and they are trying to extend. On the surface our chances of a win should be good but we all know what happens in circumstances like that.I'll go for a 2-1 win with everything crossed.

We wont get a better chance than this to taste victory away to Worcester, helped by their ongoing injury concerns! Flyde to draw midweek with them and then us to win on Saturday 1-2 would suit me fine. :scarf: :scarf:

Best we just look at the Fylde result then get on with our own business with Worcester on Saturday. All we need is to better the Fylde score or equal if they win tonite. 1-0's from now will do us.

It would be helpful if we could beat Worcester by a substantial margin. Goal difference could well come into play in the final reckoning. And it would be revenge for them beating us in the Trophy.

Let's go for decent wins in all our remaining fixtures and end the season in style.

That's always good for moral, a good wedge of optimism, well done.
Why don't you go all the way, go to the Worcester game and support the opposition.
Notice I didn't say anything about coming back!

no matter how fylde do at Worcester and how we do on Saturday, looking at the remaining fixtures we still have a much harder run in and will still be many twists and turns to the end of season

Effectively, if Fylde pick up three points tonight, there's really no excuse as to why we shouldn't. Lessons should've been learned from the Trophy defeat.
Popular side since '03.

Did you go the trophy game? We were awful, awful, and got pumped.

Nae point in a predictions thread if we all predict everlasting victory although based on the optimism in them I look forward to pipping Santos to the World Club Championship around 2024-25 season.

They's better have had the pies in for The Champions League and we're not playing the music till Darren Herbert has said 'Let's Get Right Behind the Bluebirds!'

I think a close victory is possible but feel a 1-1 more likely with the wonderful Andy Cook getting a goal.

Still can't wait to go though :D

It's really is still in our hands if we win the league we win the league - either way in the grand scale of things I'll still be there next season and every season until I drop dead

I only go for the trip out and the atmosphere

Yes we can get a victory . Worcester's backline is out , and thier star CB has gone too the US coaching . Title is in the bluebirds eyesight - 1-3 Bluebirds Cook, Wilson , Walker, with Grand and Edmo not being happy at losing the clean sheet at the death but U can't stop freekicks like that from a player like Geddes!

Why are people saying we need to match what fylde did goalwise?

Forget about matching them on goal difference it will take some amazing results to do that.

The league is in our hands and 8 scrappy 1-0 wins with a goal from the refs right bollock will be enough to win us the league.

Forget matching fylde. Win it as barrow

Totally agree

Over the past two months there has been more interest in Fylde results from Barrow fans than Fylde

1 draw 7 wins and it's ours irrespective of what anyone else does
