It should be in the away dressing room to remind the opposition who they are up against. Let's intimidate them!!!!

Re: Ground Maintenance Area
There'll be a visit to the ground this coming Sunday morning for anyone interested. Couple of maintenance type jobs (down spout on the west end of the main stand for one) and one that we've been asked to sort this week as it's partly our fault
Apparently we have too much paint stored in the GMA which is causing a little concern regarding the safety certification of the ground.
Most of the paint will have to be taken to the tip (unless anyone wants some) so a car with a tow bar attached would be a great help, we have the trailer.
9:00am onwards at turnstile "C"

Re: Ground Maintenance Area
Will anyone be taking down the Coral signs? they look terrible and no point keeping them up and giving them free advertising.
Re: Ground Maintenance Area
Think that will be down to the commercial manager... However there are loads of new ones stacked in the corridoor ready to go up

Re: Ground Maintenance Area
Well that SHOULD keep the safety people happy (having said that, you never know these days)
Two van loads of half empty paint tins that we were never going to be used took to the tip.
Scrap piled up and ready to go.
An old trailer cut up and added to the scrap.
Three gas bottles removed from the ground.
The skip was full but a load of rubbish was dropped neatly alongside it ready for when they get that one emptied.
Some old breeze blocks and rubble removed.
Main stand users can now feel safe watching the games knowing a gas bottle won't come flying through the seats at any moment
Funny moment (unfortunately not captured on film) was mrsenario stood over a gas bottle letting the gas out when someone came up behind him and made a loud BANG noise.....never seen 16 stone launch itself that high before
Thanks to Exile for the use of his car/van/Thunderbird 4 thing, mrsenario, Curtis & Ian RVJ.

Re: Ground Maintenance Area
Couple of jobs to finish off before the start of the season if anyone fancies a pre-season HS fix.
This coming Sunday - turnstile C from 9:00am
Will also try and remember to get a picture of the pitch and stick it up on The Pitch Work Has Started thread.
