I never expected to win today or tuesday but its the scorelines that have been worrying but lets give them a chance as its early days an we have played 2 of the best sides in the league roll on tuesday to a game we should be winning if we want to stay in this league

The referee cost us this game, plain and simple. The penalty was ball to hand; Livesey had no chance to get out of its way. A harsh referee might have given a penalty but a red card - absolutely no way.

From then on, almost 70 minutes, it was ten men against twelve - the referee may as well worn a slime green shirt, like the FGR players.

Thought Symington was a tactical substitution, to get Grand on to replace the dismissed Livesey.

Can't say we deserved anything out of this game; we didn't. But equally we didn't deserve a 4-0 defeat.

Finally, if FGR's excruciating PA announcer ever comes to Holker Street, I'll give up football for ever.

Its a high probability that Leo is on a wind up so would take his posts with a degree of scepticism.

I think that a lot on here haven't been aware of what happened at the game. We were absolutely cheated by the ref who gave a deliberate handball and penalty and sent off Livesey when he was only a few yards in front of the home player who hit the ball at him. They scored from the resultant pen and we were 1 down with 10 men and the ref continued to give so many decisions to them it was an uphill struggle from then on. All of us at the game applauded the team off for their efforts even though it wasn't our day but not too upset because we were well and truly done by 1 shocking refereeing decision, penalty maybe but sending off absolutely not.

Our mood hadn't been helped by lying stewards who said Barrow fans had been causing damage in Nailsworth amongst other lies and told us they weren't letting us in when we arrived. Eventually it did get sorted and we did get in but false accusations by them has left a bad impression of them and their club.
