That was a real performance, exactly what weve needed.

Only negative tonight was the lack of finishing. Still only one game from ten where we have scored more than once.

By far the better side tonight and we deserved the win. Fantastic

The team and the management deserve a lot of credit for that showing tonight. The scoreline flattered the hell out of Lincoln. We played some great incisive football from start to finish .....very little of the predictable long-ball nonsense. The defence did a great job of keeping Rhead quiet. One thing that stood out for me was how the starting line-up and formation had a really balanced feel to it, especially in the middle. Paddy and Cowps looked very comfortable. I thought Jason was absolutely outstanding. Well done lads.

Now that was a good performance, best football I've seen us play for a long time and we should've been out of sight against a poor Lincoln side. Walker was superb, Cooky worked hard despite getting no protection at all from the referee, Ashton had his best game for us and put some fantastic deliveries into the box second half which Cook could quite easily have got at least 2 goals from. We look a much better side with Pilks in it too although he's obviously still finding his fitness. Cowps did reasonably well again in what is easily his best position, should be a regular starter there for me.

Only negative for me was that we got too deep in the last 15 mins, not helped by the substitution of Haworth for Fofana. Another game where all 3 subs were used again which for me was unnecessary, but thats only a slight grumble.

All in all nobody had a bad game and we played easily the best football we've played this season. Hopefully theres more of that to come as there are decent footballers in this squad capable of doing that.

One of the pluses for me tonight was the introduction of the ballboy at half time, seemed a bit old to be doing that sort of thing but speeded the game up no end fantastic, guess he was trying to make up for there goalkeeper wasting all that time in the first half when taking goal kicks amazing what going a goal down can do to a side .

Didn't like the last 10 minutes or so when I thought we were going to let Lincoln score - it shouldn't have got to that as we could have had 4 or 5 tonight but all in all a great performance.

Livesey, there was a picture on twitter of him receiving a prize whilst wearing flipflops but unlike Jason Walker, he didn't appear to be wearing nail varnish on his toenails

Super win -still unbeaten at home ! 3-0 wouldn't of been unjust , hard too pick a MOTM - Williams was quality at CB, Livesey class! Won the 50/50 all over the park , created good chances, very good all over the park , having Pilks back makes a hell of a difference , our players make runs going forward ! Don't worry about creating chances like today , as Shearer said, you only need too worry once you stop creating the chances ! Same team and attitude v Aldershot !

A good solid performance that we could of won by a few if it wasnt for there keeper we pushed on for another goal at least tonight were improving every game an with the next 3 games we have we could be in a very healthy position i expect at least 7/8 points from these upcoming games

Best I've seen us play this season, could (and probably should) have been out of sight. Defence looked very solid, Lacey and Cowps were excellent in midfield and Cooky and Walker worked their socks off upfront. Lincoln looked a poor side with a huge lump up front but still had to be beaten

Same as wot most said on here,played really well especially 2 nd half.just need to get that 2 nd goal when we're on top.they had a couple of free kicks at the end and if they scored it would of been a travesty. We could and should of won by 3 or 4. Couldn't tell if jase was offside where I was stood for his ( goal) but all in all a very good performance.

Enjoyed that tonight, best we've seen all season.....easily.

Quite impressive for 30 minutes in the first half. Haworth looked good when running at defenders but perhaps a little wasteful with the end product. Paddy was very unlucky with a shot on the half volley from well outside the area as Farman just managed to palm it over.
Second half started much the same as the first. I thought the "goal" was good, certainly never noticed an offside and we were virtually on line with play. Jase was singled out for some extra attention off their (very) physical players, he also had a very good game. Cooky could have, probably should have had a hat trick tonight, at least four if not five decent chances to add to his tally. Can't really remember Dixon having to make more than one save and was very safe at catching anything that came his way. Thought Williams looked very calm & assured, definite competition there on that showing.

Lincoln were poor and relied on their keeper to keep the score line looking respectable, very niggly, moaning side and got exactly what they deserved.

I have missed two games this season but for 70 mins that is the best football I have seen Barrow play.Full credit to the players and management.How we only scored once is unbelievable.I know Livesey got MOM but a special mention to Walker for a great shift and also Cowps who is very comfortable in front of the defence and had a great game.I was slightly worried for the last 15 as we seemed to be dropping deeper and deeper,but we managed to hang on.Typical Tues night crowd especially with Champions League live on TV.Roll on Saturday for Aldershot and a much better crowd of 1600.

Yes you can tell how well Barrow played when the leagues top goal scorer Matt Rhead (8 goals) was running into the crowd and all over the pitch retrieving the ball.
Early chance in the opening minutes then very rarely seen (apart from ball boy duties) for the rest of the match.
Great performance tonight.
Goalkeeper and back 4 were excellent, Cowperthwaite and Lacey putting in a terrific shift in midfield, two wingers causing problems, Jason grafting and Cookie with luck could have had a hat trick.
Only downside, Mo looked clueless and slow again when he came on.
