Suffolk blue has more or less echoed what`s been said (more or less ) on here since the start of the season,whilst a lot of people on here attack anyone who has a go at edmo,it must be dawning on them now that edmo has blown (a top 10 budget),lacks tactical knowhow and doesn`t know what to do when things go wrong,i doubt bromley had anywhere near our budget but their manager has done his homework and brought players in who will work well in this league.

Then we get the excuse it`s a learning curve,all edmo had to do was watch the games on bt sport last season to see what this league was about,a strong work ethic,well organised with a bit of pace in the team and a physical prescence,yet everytime you read about the team that beats us it`s they were big ,fast,well organised why is edmo surprised the majority of us knew what was coming apart from our management team!

Symington did nothing Wrong yet left out, seemingly for the sake of rotating.

Go back and watch the highlights against Chester, specifically Chester's 2nd goal. Watch how the defence gets in line to keep the Chester No10 offside, all except Symington (who is out of shot). Symington keeps them onside and they score. He is left out of the starting line up for the next game.

Now go look at the Altrincham highlights. Simon Grand fails to mark the No10 Reeve's as he ran behind him and scored. Dropped for the next game.

Just a theory but I doubt it is squad rotation and more you make a mistake and you'll get replaced by someone else for the next game. Although after today, it will be interesting to see what line up we have on Tuesday against Tranmere.

Just made me think. Has Paul Murray's removal made any difference? A quick look and it seems we have added half a point per game since he left.

With Paul Murry... W2 D1 L4 ... 1 point per game.
Since Paul Murry left... W4 D2 L3 ... 1.5 points per game.

With... in 7 games. We played 3 teams that were expected to be up their come the end of the season. Cheltenham, Grimsby and FGR. 2 of them thrashed us and the other narrowly won. We didn't loose to anyone else.

Since... in 9 games. We have played 2 top sides (allegedly), 1 on current showings that turned out to be a mid-table side after all (Eastleigh). The other thrashed us today, although they have also lost to top sides as well, so maybe they are going to end up mid-table as well? The rest have been mid-table and relegation threatened sides.

We do appear to be a mid-table side that can't compete, then it can, then it can't, repeat...

Today we did not compete. I seriously expect Tranmere to destroy on Tuesday us as they did Bromley (4-0) but we are inconsistent so you never know, but we are away so we'll probably loose again.

I repeat what I've said before...have to give the management and the team some time.
If we get relegated, it's a no brainier - out.
Otherwise, stick behind the side even though we are staggeringly and frustratingly inconsistent.
I hate hoof football, but that's the only obvious tactic from the 9 games I've seen this year. The players aren't good enough to show what tactics they are supposed to be playing, even if there is a plan.
The concentration is often poor, and I'm not convinced about the team spirit.
Some players are just so obviously not good enough for this league. One or two that have the talent show signs of being lazy (sorry, but Haworth is the main culprit)
The most embarrassing thing for the management is the lack of quality of the players brought in, fullbacks aside. Really really poor judgment.
I'm not convinced about Dixon - doesn't dominate at all, but makes the odd ok save - that's what all keepers do. His distribution is reckless too.
We aren't far off competing with last season's side - what's that all about given the money supposedly at our disposal?
Rant over, I'll be at Tranmere willing us to win.
PS - beware the Tranmere fans - bad reputation.

After picking up just 5 points from their opening 7 matches, including 3 defeats in their first 4 games, Bromley have been on a fantastic run of form.
They have won 8 of their last 9 games, losing only to Tranmere away 4-0.
They are obviously the divisions form team.
Their manager Mark Goldberg is also the club's chairman.
He lost £40 million pounds when the club he bought Crystal Palace went into liquidation in the late 90's.
By recent results, he is obviously a talented manager.

And those 8 wins included a 7-3 win away at Torquay who although not doing very well have not let in more than 3 goals against any other team. The current Barrow team is not good enough to compete against the better sides in this league. It needed to be reinforced after promotion and that's the area that the manager has failed in above any other. It doesn't matter what tactics or style of play you employ if your players aren't good enough. We should be good enough to survive in this league but with this group of players can't expect much more. The most worrying aspect is that we are getting thrashed in too many games which is not a good sign especially as most people seem to think the back 4 is the strongest part of the team! Incidentally, for those who were at the match today, one of the Bromley central defenders - Ben Chorley - was signed by Portsmouth from Crawley and was made captain by the previous management team but was such a disaster in Division 2 that he didn't last a season before being released.

Now im home after bus replacements , [SwearFilter] up women and rugby fans fighting on the train delaying it 40 minutes until the police came.
Today was embarrassing, we didn't have one player who I could say put in a performance , They came out and approached it from the first minute like they knew we were going to get beat.
They just ran at us with pace and got through our midfield and defence time and time again.itvwas painful to watch
I don't think we even had an effort on goal. Cooky was up against a lad about 6 foot 5 and 18 stone so we just launched balls at him that he was never going to win.
Edmo had them in centre circle for about ten minutes afterwards then he came up to see the fans, he was told what we thought of it, he agreed and told us he had just told them the same.
I don't know what the tactics were today and don't think the players did either.

If we lose to tranmere Tuesday I think we will be lucky to get 1000 against welling .
The football,we are playing is just awful.
Oh well I only spent about about 150 to watch that shambles, I know it's my choice, but hope they all feel guilty picking up a wage for that performance

Am missing so many games at the moment probably shouldnt comment but we cant seem to learn from our mistakes..

Pleased to hear some came across at the end and that edmo at least spoke with folk however actions speak louder and all that.

Don't know what the answer is but it is plain to see that the problem can be traced back to the summer.. Edmo was obviously actively pursued by agents keen to offload players who were injury-prone,had baggage or a combination of both. How else can you explain why four of those players between them have started less than a dozen games and been on the field for less than 1000 minutes after 16 games (Stats roughly guessed not confirmed). The only other theories are that they are being frozen out,not training or are embellishing the sort of niggling injuries that Jonah would have taken a couple of aspirin for.At a rough calculation that is nearly 50k of PC's money that has been wasted.Add to that four locals signed obviously with varying promises before being consigned to cleaning the toilets or coaching the under-eights.For starters lets abandon this stupid play-off talk. It aint gonna happen and would have been a disaster if it had (imagine Edmo with an FL budget !). Luton took years to gain promotion even with their facilities and fanbase. Wrexham are now on their eighth attempt with a similar scenario. Who in their right mind thought we would top clubs like that.I would be quite happy for us to secure safety from relegation with 8-10 games to go. That to me will represent success.I am now resigned to the inconsistency. Thank god there are consistent (bad) clubs below us.

Don't mind getting beat but the manner in which we lost was disappointing. One thing that stood out to me - there was a stoppage at around 80 mins ish, the Bromley captain went round his team geeing them up, encouraging them etc. Our lot just stood with their hands on their hips looking at the ground.
