Guess you haven't been to bed and continued drinking through the night !!!!HenneysKnee wrote:The first goal was Khans fault getting caught in possession
I've no idea how the keeper doesn't save the second, can't do any harm to give Taylor a game

May as well try him at left back. He can't possibly be any worse there than Mellor.HenneysKnee wrote:can't do any harm to give Taylor a game

Re: Dover V Barrow
First half display was abject; second half was better but still nowhere near enough. To be fair, Dover are a good, solid team but we didn't make them work for their goals or the game.
Disappointing.
Disappointing.

It would help if someone moved into space and wanted ball off him, was happening all game.
Otis was only one who wanted ball yesterday..

Spoke with mellor at services.Spanner wrote:May as well try him at left back. He can't possibly be any worse there than Mellor.HenneysKnee wrote:can't do any harm to give Taylor a game
He's said he's not a left back
Felt a bit sorry for him.
Cowps can play LB as can grand. Williams was on bench. Seems a weird decision putting him at left back.

Trains on time, 2 fantastic pubs, excellent beer, thermal socks, taxi waiting outside the ground afterwards.Steelworks End wrote:Train to Dover cancelled, crap pub, manky beer, bitterly cold, 3-1 defeat, Cowps sent off, awful performance, couldn't get a taxi after the game.
Other than that, a good day out.
I agree - a good day out John!

Be rude not to after we had sung a song about their goalkeeper. Says it all when we have no songs for any of our players, or have we?boyliegladbach wrote:barrowfan_chris wrote:Still travelling back from Dover bumping into the team at the services was interesting.
