Moribund all over that mickmike. I don't think a man like you needs to lie. I do however agree its a bit poncey saying it like that. Just name the players if you know im sure you mentioning them on here isn't going to scupper the deal or have the player swiped from under our noses. The only thing that would happen is you having egg on your chin if it doesnt come off.
Yes your right, In hindsight I should of said nowt, I got a little giddy as I get to know a fair bit but usually say nothing & was just in the sharing mood but promised I wouldn't reveal them until today.

Welcome to the club Paul Turnbull

You were right about one of them - very decent signing.

Aii, people on Cassons e-mail list and EM journalists drip feeding us pieces of info, as boring for the rest of us as it is ego-massaging for them.

I wish I could be more specific but I told my very reliable source that I would keep it under my hat... for now :skill:
I heard that too.
Ste, Your also guilty then as a short while back you posted some news then after it was announced you reposted it & added IN THE KNOW.

"Posted some news". As opposed to posted no news with a hint of news. By all means give us news if you get it in advance :)

But yeah, we all do it. Just in hindsight it's not really clever or helpful.

Getting some very good reviews from a few Stockport/Alty fans etc (and considering invariably fans will always call an ex-player shit when he signs for a rival that means a lot). Sounds like a robin Hulbert sort of terrier but also a great leader. Sounds promising.

Found this article on Paul Turnbull, sounds like he could provide something we have been lacking for a few seasons now!
