17/18 VNL - Barrow 2 - 1 Boreham Wood
Re: Barrow v Borehamwood match thread
Forgot to mention it yesterday but it looked like a gentleman took a tumble or turn for a worse during the first half (quite hard to work out what was going on from where i was) there was a few of the medical team around him, anyone know if hes okay ?

Quite an old fella with a jacket on in that heat, he probably just went a bit woozy in the sun... So i'm sure having 12 first aiders all crowding round him really helped!
Re: Barrow v Borehamwood match thread
I thought it might be the shock from us passing the ball around on the floor that sent him over.

He was ok. He scratched his glasses and cut his face a bit. I'll tell him tonight that his tumble didn't go unnoticed.

We heard that he thought ARH's shot had gone in and it was all too much...

Very soft sending off but I did play in the 70s and 80s.

I though that there was three, the other on was their number 8, went down like he'd had his leg amputated for ARH's red card.Bigfathoss wrote: ↑Sun Sep 03, 2017 7:17 pm Turns out there were two tumbles and my mate probably isn't the one you meant...
