We can complain all we want it wont change anything.
All we can now do is get behind him and the team and the club we love and hope this rollercoaster ride takes an upward turn.
Now more than ever we have to be the twelfth man
I honestly think this is the straw that broke the camels back I'll still go but I don't feel this club is mine any more and what was optimism is now despair I know a lot of fans are now on the verge of not going anymore but perhaps that will give Paul Casson the excuse he needs ( hope I'm wrong )
And I've felt like this since the beginning of the season so it's not a kneejerk decision

The fact M.M has a 2 and a half year contract suggests that PC is going to accept what ever happens this season and back him even if it means we end up in Conference North. Either that or he is prepared to pay him off if it does go belly up quickly. If the later is the case then unless results pick up soon, i fear we could have our 3rd manager come the New Year.

Terrible decision. Surely his interim results have to be some of the worst to ever to be rewarded with permanent appointment? I certainly can’t think of any worse at any level??

Andrew Casson said in statement “The final results haven’t gone our way, but outside of a lacklustre display against Torquay, the commitment has been excellent and the performances are improving.”?? To coin the phrase of another American, that must be some good stuff they’re smoking over there!!

I’ll still be going each game, I’ve seen through harder times than this, but at the moment that Football League dream seems as far aways as it has even done over the last 15 years!

The club will never be ours but wether we like it or not we have to always be there for BARROW AFC.
Just remember Man Utd once had a manager they didnt want through poor results and was famously one game away from the sack...... funny old game it can be at times

I am going Saturday and will back the side because it is Barrow and they will need us. But I totally understand those who will sack it off and anyone who starts labelling them 'not fans' needs to have a word with themselves IMHO

We are being played in a series of either insulting or delusional statements. Paul Cox has a lot to answer for in many ways, but if the Cassons and Moore think they can weasel out of the next few months by blaming 'how they were left in this state' backed up by a dwindling bunch of forelock tugging fantasists on here they've got another thing coming.

BE HONEST PAUL. If money is tight, explain that. Most will respect that far more and get behind a weakened squad who'll try to stay in the division. Including those who are threatening to sack it.
Barrow fans are at their best when we are the underdog, so if he is honest and says - this league is costly and i'm cutting back - get behind the team and lets see what we can do it will be better than saying we are going to win the league etc etc

What does worry me is that Bignot was the one who did the organising from the dugout during games. I never saw much from Moore and think tactically he might struggle

Football League? I don't think so. Attendances don't warrant it and they won't improve much if we get promotion. We are not set up on or off the field for that level.
I think the comment was " a better manager BUT THAT WILL BE HARD TO FIND". The last part seems to have been ignored.
Moore has got an up hill climb like Everest with the injuries to major players and probably having to rely on loanees to cover.
We are what we are and now we have to push on and get behind the manager and team and hope we can keep our place in this league.

I think the issue is Paul Casson promised a dream return to the league. This was and perhaps still the objective? However, to go close and then pull back from January has resulted in justifying frustration from passionate fans. To then continue to promise despite selling players and reducing costs has increased the frustration.
Like taking a kid in a toy shop but never actually buying anything?
This appointment was made weeks ago yet they never came out with it. Trust works both ways yet I feel hoodwinked. .... as do many on here.
Will continue to attend games but feel we e been had over somehow?

Moore probably got the job because he GOT 2pts from the bottom two, usually we don't get any.

Perfect Manager cheap and no previous success
You would almost think we are in a deliberate decline.
Best players sold to be told equal or better coming in.
One of our best Managers forced out to be told equal or better will replace him
Lots of rhetoric but short on action
As Frankie Howard used to say we are doomed
