That first half was brilliant stuff and the game could have been well won.
Gomis ran and ran till his battery went.
Clements was a class above many.
Hughesy was a colussus in defence and considering he was up against rendell etc this was a special performance.
Young bauress is not a wing back but he did very well today and played some great passes.
Asa hall was excellent again showing some leadership when needed.
Our strikers were a pair and lethal. They could have had more.
Bignot Thompson Moore And barthram all did their bit in at times pressed play.
Both subs did well and provided impetus and caused problems in the last minutes which took pressure off defence.
No wonder we stayed and applauded .
Thank you and well done players and management. Team barrow is back.😄
Well summed up

Togetherness of all players was so noticable today.

One game at a time, so looking forward to next one.

Well done Barrow - much much better - let's keep it going now and climb up that table .
First match : Barrow v Northampton Town : Sat. 24th Sept. 1960 ... won 1-0... ( which was nice )

Couldnt fault the squad yesterday, to bounce back from two defeats and win in the manner we did....EXCELLENT

Hughes seems to have found a position he enjoys and plays well there IMO, Really hope Ady can keep him and hopefully he goes on to be an integral part of a dominant team!!!

As for Adi, if the rumours are true hes not fully fit imagine how good a player he is going to be when fit!! Him and Byron work well together!!!

Roll on Macclesfield!!

Yussuf and Harrison looked an absoloute nightmare to deal with yesterday. Some excellent link up play between them. Has to be the front 2 now!

Absolutely played well but Adi needs to play in Harrison too

Byron set up the first goal so well but Adi had chance to do the same in reverse in second half but kept the ball too long and lost it with Harrison in middle of area in loads of space

Agreed. Same at all levels of football. The fans can see it but the player appears to be selfish and greedy. They really must think of the TEAM not themselves, but why are we criticising after what they achieved yesterday?
