His 5th booking of the season and means he misses Saturday's match at home to Bromley.

Superb performance tonight well done!!! Totally different team from my last game away at Chester, what a transformation. Over the moon with that, but we build on it each game as it comes and all the usual football cliches!!!!

Another fantastic result. Looks like Macc was a blip - perhaps too much pre-match hype (Holt, Q/A, 2 weeks of prep etc) for that one. Dunno. But that game apart it's 9 from 12 and two superb away results. Long way to go, but a great start from Ady, Grant and the lads.

Turned on Radio Cumbria to listen to the match and when I discovered Gary Woodworth and Tommy Cassidy were doing the game immediately turned it off again.
Listened to it instead on Radio Lonsdale/Cando FM.
Great commentary from Adam Johnson and Matt Ryder.
2 very level lads with passion about the club.
Well done boys.

I’ve always found Woodworth does a decent job, at least he describes what’s in front of him rather than listening to Phillips and his mates having a laugh between each other so that you’re left wondering what on Earth is going on. Cassidy however, well you can tell he hates commentating on us when we’re winning.

But agreed, Radio Lonsdale’s commentary is top notch and they make watching the highlights even better after nights like this.
Popular side since '03.

Ruthers scored the only goal of the game. I can't believe they are top with only 20 goals scored. Defence is decent but must have had a lot of 1-0 wins.
