We sounded fairly solid tonight and maybe a tad unlucky not to win, Positives, 2nd clean sheet with the new system even with the defense changes due to injury & suspension & a draw adds onto our recent away win after a run of losses, keep it up lads and creep further up the table.

Crikey Dixon was bombing down the wing putting in faultless crosses & still managed to keep a clean sheet, Sod the sweeper keepers we have an all rounder here

We played some decent stuff but there wasn’t much in the way of the flowing football from earlier in the season.
Taylor did well and Smith never stopped running all of the game.
We resorted to a few long range shots today but none of them looked like they would bother their keeper.
Happy with a point, just need to keep the momentum going now.
Attendance - shocking, the football people of this town want a [SwearFilter] rocket up there arses. New owners first home game, money needed through the gate and they get that!

Very happy with that performance when up against one of the top sides in the league, the goal the only thing that was missing. No one put a foot wrong. Blyth up top makes a massive difference and won the majority of his headers when up against that shithouse Pearson.

Disappointing attendance - one of the turnstile operators on the pop side wasn't ripping the stubs from the tickets so not sure if that made a difference - it looked correct to me. I'm guessing he was counting up in his head.

Re crowd- that was the lowest midweeker for a long time, certainly lowest I can recall against Wrexham and very disappointing home crowd. Good showing by them on a midweek game.
