I know I'm not the only one to put it mildly but I'm thinking of friends who are not with us anymore who would have overjoyed with whats happened today. My grandad for one would have been a very happy man and probably would have said "about bloody time!"

This might be strange but most comments on the Morecambe (shrimps) forum are happy that we have gone up and justice done, all credit to them.

I was 11 years old in 1972...I'm happy and numb and still disbelieving tonight. By my reckoning, we are top of League 2 on alphabetical order...

Well done Barrow. It is all credìt to the club for getting back into the Football League after years in the wilderness. Hope Darlo don't have to wait as long, but suspect it will be a few more years before we have a league game against you! Cheers
