Cant believe it means so much never thought id see it in my lifetime and im only a 27 year old lad , my heart goes out to all the lads and lasses that cant sadly see this day steelworks end and gary I hope they are looking down from wherever they are and know that the journey has been completed. The future is positive Ive had me comments about ‘papa cass’ but if it was nt for him we would nt have had Evatt he meant well did Casson. To the new owners amazing I remember sitting at home when Casson left thinking that would be it and be lucky to stay in the National league the stability and improvements that have happened to the the club in a short space of time is breath taking. To the trust and volunteers thank you for all you do. I cannot wait to stand under the roof at the holker street end watching league 2 football with my grandad never thought we would see the day! Up the bluebirds and I tell you now we will not struggle in league 2!
All opinions expressed are my own , not here to cause kick off just enact debate.

Unsure what to think right now. Being 25 I started watching us about 17/18 years ago when Leeds and Man United reserves at home were the highlight.

Today is one for all the supporters that stuck with us through the darkest of days, too many who are sadly no longer with us.

All Bluebirds Are Blue.
Popular side since '03.

Brilliant news to everyone concerned. The players, the Board, and everyone at else at Wilkie Road but particularly to one very special manager.

Arise Sir Ian! :scarf:

Well said PerthBluebird. We are here to see the dream fulfilled, sadly many loyal supporters have passed in the last few years. But hopefully they will not be forgotten. Maybe a roll of honour could be read out at our first home game in league two in their memory👍

Congratulations Barrow from a Darlington fan. We have not forgotten the kindness and generosity from your fans when we played at Holker Street in 2012. On the back of one of our stands still have the message that your fans held up on the banner before that match: ‘Our football clubs are for life not just for business’.

Being manchester based now I will be along to support the bluebirds at Bolton and Oldham next season. All the best lads and lasses.

It’s all surreal; we’re off back to the football league, there’s a roof going on the Holker Street End. Massive credit obviously to Evatt and the players but to the board as well; all have come together and transformed the club. In the words of the great man himself.....A PERFECT STORM

PNE fan here. Absolutely thrilled to see Barrow back in the League, I was 11 when Barrow went out of Division 4 but it's fantastic to see them back. Well Done, Hope you all get chance to celebrate in the ground in the not too distant future.
