disappointed we didn't win but I thought we played some decent football there against a side who didn't look too bad all the team but mostly kay have to be more disciplined but going by that we're starting to learn but miss 2 strong forwards today which I'm certain would have been the difference between drawing and winning!(feel 10 times better than Tuesday but it's gonna be a long season!

Decent performance against an average side. Have we played a good side yet? Not much difference between those at the top and those at the bottom. We'll win Tuesday.

Whatever the result, that was an entertaining game. The lack of results is frustrating but it was a much improved performance and I feel heartened that we matched a decent Walsall team. We've said it many times before but get anything like our first choice 11 out there and we should be OK.

Good for decent period in first half. Then hanging on .
Missing too many chances . We seem to run out of steam for long periods, then drop back .

Kay is out of sorts. Dunn needs to sort him out quickly.
Bringing Brown on is desperate but no other real option.

I get the feeling we are gradually improving, but so are the others. Need to win v soon as if not all belief will disappear.

Happy with the performance overall, disappointed with the result. Much better than the first 3 or 4 games, much more attacking threat, some nice play. Still prone to do daft things at the wrong times but also some really nice passages of play. Opposition corners always make me nervous while our corners are almost exclusively useless! Lots of room for improvement, but give them credit today for a good effort that I think deserved 3 points.

This is true.

Are we at a must win stage yet? Can't draw our way through the season.

Took the decision not to watch us on ifollow any more and just pick up the score at the end. A far more relaxing stress free experience was had.
"To achieve anything and to get to the Football League, we have to expect to win every game. I've got to get everyone believing that we can, and I will work hard to embed that mentality into the players, the town, the board and whoever else” Ian Evatt.
