Reason i made sure i renewed my ST was because i was looking forward to league football and with the current situation you could see ST holders getting in 1st. Cost me a fortune this year as 3 of my kids don't get any free ones now. Think it'll hurt likes of Bolton etc who can't have fans yet but have sold 12k ST and can't let them all in.

As well as ensuring safe access and egress, and this means that each ground has its own ‘Socially Distanced (SD) Capacity’, which has been calculated and included in each club’s Stage 5 Protocol for approval by their local Safety Advisory Group (SAG). We are currently in negotiation with our SAG as to what our SD Capacity will be. This is a complex six-stage calculation and the answer may not be known for several days, but what is clear is that the number will be lower than 2,000. We’re optimistic that once we can demonstrate a high standard of delivery of our Stage 5 Protocol on a matchday, the SAG and SGSA will be willing to allow us to increase this number

For all season ticket holders living in Ulverston or closer (this includes Askam), cards will be available for collection on Wednesday (9am – 4pm), Thursday (9am – 8pm) and Friday (9am – 4pm) of next week (2nd, 3rd and 4th December). Please note the extended opening hours on Thursday.

If you live in a Tier 3 Zone, the arrangements that were in place prior to Thursday's announcement will continue unchanged.

IF that's official it would mean any Barrow fans living in Lancashire (as they are in tier 3) would not be able to attend matches even though we are in tier 2....

Ah right that would be a kick in the teeth for a ST holder living outside the area

Ridiculous isn’t it when you consider places like Wyre, Lancaster and parts of the Fylde have less new cases then tier 2 Carlisle.
The whole of Lancashire should not have been put in tier 3.
There’s no way someone living out in the sticks has more chance of catching the virus then someone living in tier 2 London.
Hope Lancashire comes down a tier on the 16th.

Doesn't matter what you're doing - sport or not - if you are travelling from level 3 to level 1 or 2 you have to abide by the rules of level 3.
