Good luck in the future Anya - I've not had too much contact with her as a newish fan but she has been helpful and quick to reply to my queries. Dealing with surges of interest from fans for the likes of the Villa game and the impatient expectation of immediate answers must be hard and I really hope that wasn't what triggered her decision to move on.

This is exactly what needs to happen. We should be adding to the ticketing and commercial team in order to improve things at the club and not replacing one with another. I hope she isn't leaving due to having too much to do for one person or this is going to be the same for whoever takes her place. It's clearly not a one person job if it is to be done efficiently.

Training takes time and effort it also involves input from others in doing that training and in an already stretched workforce that time and effort won’t come without cost or sacrifices elsewhere.

Be serious man,she will be replaced by better or as good. For Christ sake she works in the office staff, oh we should give her a 10 year contract , double her money. To be honest the certain people on here have moaned about the shop and ticketing from day one.
