All very much deja vu reading the above, sadly. I’m also one of those waiting for my ticket to be delivered, having purchased on the 18th October.

The club got away with it at Bradford as there were surplus matchday tickets to give to those who hadn’t received there’s one time - I dread to think what they’ll do for this game, should it be a sell out (and it is looking like it will be, at this rate).

Absolutely, no-one could be bothered to answer the phone last week when I tried to get through about my online season ticket setup ,which once again did not have the right number of tickets allocated to it when trying to purchase some banbury tickets. Three days and numerous calls attempted!

It may be different bodies sat in the chairs but its the same old story, the place is an ongoing farce, are they all still working from home or something ?

I'm still seeing queires over shirts ordered in August, warm up jackets months past the given date and repeated issues with the ticketing website and the age old conundrum of identifying and having the inclination to go to the nearest Post office!

Listening to that recent podcast the SLO mentioned if their were any questions to put them forward, mine is what the he'll is going on with that shop and what does our ceo do? No matter who is in the roles the place appears badly managed I wonder how much money they may have lost in just not answering the phones.last week ???

I collected my Carlisle ticket as I have no trust in them posting anything out. Same with the shop/merch, if I can’t physically see that it exists then I won’t bother - which is a shame as I’ve bought all manner of BAFC tat over the years, I’m a prime customer to be exploited and milked for every penny. Can’t do that if there’s nowt to buy though.

It doesn’t even matter whether people live in the town or not (I don’t hence getting mine posted) if the club offers a postal option that the consumer pays for then that is what should be delivered. Football league on the pitch, Evostick league off it

I am exactly the same. I 100% would have bought one of those walk out jackets that were advertised a few weeks ago, but I didn't because I didn't trust it to be done properly. Firstly I didn't trust that they would actually be in stock when the club said, and secondly because I live out of town I didn't want to wait x number of weeks on top of that for someone to be bothered enough to stick it in the post for me. The hassle of chasing it then getting annoyed by it just wasn't worth it, so I kept my money. Sadly it seems that was a wise decision judging by the experiences of those who did order one.

Tickets on the other hand are a different matter, they are pretty much a necessity for anyone who wants to continue supporting the club so I have no choice but to order online using the stated delivery options. However, each time I do so I know I'm putting my trust in a club that basically cannot be arsed to do things properly. I'm still waiting for both my Banbury ticket and my Carlisle ticket.

Not only is it entirely incompetent but this half arsed attitude shows a complete lack of respect from the club to supporters (i.e. paying customers) that would not be tolerated in any other industry.

The club have sold out of tickets (a friend visited in person this morning). They may or may not get more tickets.....

Don't really understand the stick the club is getting here. Surely as long as you get your ticket before Saturday 13th November there isn't a problem?

Disagree with the last post straight off. What if you’re coming from away for example and planning on getting to the area on the Thursday or Friday etc.
The club need to seriously wake up. Massive strides have been made in a lot of areas but commerciality and general professionalism are miles behind.
For me it’s more than a little worrying
