Adam goes above and beyond but he has to answer to them there Maria's..
Let's hope we can stay up and Carlisle plumet see who ger thr audio
"Let's hope we can stay up and Carlisle plumet".
What an inane comment.
What advantage would there be for us if that happened?. None whatsoever.
I for one like the idea of two league sides in a county as big and as sparse as Cumbria. We get far better coverage than we could ever dream of if we relied on radio Lancashire.
On the way back from the Carlisle game I got talking to a couple of Blokes from Penrith who said they go to Brunton Park one week and Holker Street the next. I have friends in Kendal who repeat that.
I want to see both clubs go up, not down.
Exactly we both need to be in the same league it not only helps with attendances but keeps a healthy rivalry, in a previous job I had to regularly meet people from Carlisle and Workington and they are all good people!

If it’s radio Carlisle
Why was 42mins of a 1hr show all Barrow related tonight?
Trying to make up for Barrow supporters complaining all the time?

BTW what's happened to James Phillips?

Adam, will Barrow games be on Freeview on days when Carlisle don't have a game?

One thing that occurred to me is that priority for Freeview coverage could go to whoever is playing away, on the premise that the majority of supporters have the option of actually going to the game when their team is at home.

They used to switch channels like that a few years ago when the choice was who was on FM and who was on AM. Used to depend on RC's view of the importance of the match.

I remember one particular game around 2013/14 we were so bad they shifted commentary with about 20 mins to go to cover the Workington game! So no matter how bad it gets with the Carlise coverage’! ….

Yes because we would be on all frequencies
Same as when Carlisle play and we don’t have a game they are on all frequencies

Because our commentaries go on the club iFollows we no longer go round the grounds so will always be uninterrupted commentary
