Not sure but I think it means they have to report to the police station every time a match is on.
It is not a criminal conviction it is a season long club ban. There has been no criminal charges.
So to repeat the question which was asked - how do they stop them coming in if they don't have to report to the police station?

It is a stadium ban. They are all under 18 (possibly under 16) and are children- which incidentally is why nobody is getting 'named and shamed'. However, of course their parents will be informed.

They won't get in now because it's known who they are and it's monitored on a game by game basis.

There's a number of cameras, a Police Liaison Officer, Safeguarding Officer, Stadium Manager, stewards and police who will all know.

Well, it's s good start but when are we going rid ourselves of the other troublemakers?
CCTV catches them in Holker Street every match day but no one does anything about it.

I’m sure things will be dealt with on a case by case basis, no need to start a witch hunt.

I agree SC.

Because AFC Blue people more qualified than you or I; and armed with facts rather than opinions will decide if it is warranted.

This based on their experience and training rather than our opinions and prejudices. If we disagree, we can hire our own experts to fight our corner.

Then we can all moan about/support it to our hearts content. Including what is and isn't offensive (I am not saying this wasn't btw, far from it).

Also, you can't always expect the club to say how they are dealing with anything because a) There's a duty of confidentiality, even to the accused b) How will they ever investigate anything if they telegraph every intention? c) They are children in this case

That's why the statement was criticised but the club couldn't say a lot else in my opinion.

Firstly, this is based on no knowledge of this incident at all, barring same as everyone else. I was sat with my grandson and heard nothing.

But if I had been asked whether to put a number, I wouldn't have. It serves no purpose.

I Jesus the club and authorities have acted swiftly and done the right thing, can people just accept that. Why start picking the bones out of everything, how long, how many, Christ it’s pathetic. Many of these new era of young supporters are decent lads, and have certainly upped the atmosphere, we need them as a club now, and for the future. Every club has its elements of boisterous supporters, some push their luck, some don’t, it’s part of being a growing, developing club.

Following on from yesterday's statement, the Club can issue an additional update.

The Club has issued a further three banning orders this morning, with one for inciting hate in relation to the incident on social media.

We once again must state that Barrow Association Football Club has a zero tolerance stance on hate of any kind, including anti-social behaviour, verbal/physical abuse and any other discriminatory remarks or acts.

Looks like The Mindless [SwearFilter] will be a few kids short for todays game. Let’s hope they all decide to stay at home and we can enjoy a decent game of football

So more banning orders and trouble caused by under 16s.

Surprise surprise

They don't realize they can do this at school and nothing gets done.

In the real world they don't understand it's wrong.

Sad state of our future that lies ahead of us.

No doubt they will be hanging around the shops.today at 3pm and doing the same elsewhere for fun.
