Perhaps check their geographical reach before giving the impression of being another person who denigrates local success?Blue Bayou wrote: ↑Fri Dec 26, 2025 8:43 am 'Eats Group'.

Re: Whing replacement?
Evening mail states.."interim barrow AFC boss" so looks like no decision yet
Re: Whing replacement?
That means nothing The Evening Mail are usually two or three days late with local news

Geographical reach? They sell a franchise for a few grand such as Morecambe eats. like another poster mentioned, compared to the current owners and their business acumen, the “eats lot” pale into comparison, only way we can show the owners we want an EFL club is by turning out in numbers, 12 games left, if we get none league attendances for those 12 games ( as it’s all a accumulative) makes a huge difference to the “pot” the club have and sends a clear message about the interest of the town.Hadrian wrote: ↑Fri Dec 26, 2025 9:25 amPerhaps check their geographical reach before giving the impression of being another person who denigrates local success?Blue Bayou wrote: ↑Fri Dec 26, 2025 8:43 am 'Eats Group'.

Re: Whing replacement?
Surely it's pointless asking for people on here to watch our club THIS has to come from the Club if they're struggling then they should let the community know!Bombadel wrote: ↑Fri Dec 26, 2025 12:56 pmGeographical reach? Business is business and if Mr Cunningham has chosen to back the rugby then fine, it's only the same as when Mr Wilkes joined us..BarrowLad71 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 25, 2025 7:26 pm Club won’t announce McDonald has the job due to the back clash it will cause and they can’t afford any more attendance drops.
Well known Sam Cunningham pulled out of Barrow and has instead pumped his money into the rugby after being treated poorly by the BOD , it’s relegation sadly confirmed.
I just think sometimes people like to stir the proverbial for some strange reason.. would you just rather we didn't exist and didn't have a club no more
FFS.. mind boggles it really does sometimes

How much money they putting in ? Money put into the Rugby I suspect would go a lot further than into the Footballolbarrafancumbak wrote: ↑Fri Dec 26, 2025 2:22 pmBusiness is business and if Mr Cunningham has chosen to back the rugby then fine, it's only the same as when Mr Wilkes joined us..BarrowLad71 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 25, 2025 7:26 pm Club won’t announce McDonald has the job due to the back clash it will cause and they can’t afford any more attendance drops.

Re: Whing replacement?
The selection of the next manager is the biggest decision in the clubs history
Re: Whing replacement?
People don’t want to go and watch that awful football. I won’t be going again until it improves

I know of one manager that has applied for the job and is yet to receive a reply. Previously in league one, Not sure what’s happening but doesn’t seem to be much of a plan in place.
