Played fairly decent lately on the left side.

Assume it’s been triggered as he’s played 30+ games this season.

Interesting one. Not sure i would have been desperate to keep him however he seems to have found a little bit of form as a old school left midfielder in a 442.

As much as it would be tempting this year you can’t get rid of the full squad!
He’s done better lately, but I can’t imagine he himself or a new manager would actually want him as the left winger next year, but a handy squad player

Jack had his best game in a Barrow shirt against Bromley, really sharp and a great turn of pace. He appears to have got himself very fit, a great player if he remains so.

I’ve been a bit disappointed with him really this season. Came with a reputation of being injury prone which was partly why Walsall let him go and he’s carried that on here. When he has been fit he’s never done enough for me, hasn’t stood out, hasn’t shown enough for the ball. Maybe needs a run of games but we need better and or more from him if we’re still
in this league next year, although he’s not alone there.

30 appearances is hardly injury prone. I think Jack struggled to settle at first just showing glimpses of what he is about. Technically he looks comfortable on the ball and just lately has been a stand out performer imo. Deffo one of first names on team sheet of late

Mad what happens ain’t it when you play players in positions they’re comfortable with! Whatever happens at the end of the season wood needs to be the first to go. Blood on his hands
