Starting to sink in now that we have yet again thrown away our Football League status, the decision by the Board in 1972 to allow the demolition of the Steelworks End and several rows of terrace on the popular side and reduce the size of the paddock in front of the stand were the main reason we were not re-elected, fast forward to 2026 and the decisions by the Board in January have again been the main reason we have been relegated, it was bad enough in 1972 but to do it again beggars belief. Great Video Ian but it such not have been needed, roll onto a better 2026/27 Season.
