Looking at the situation logically, we are not an attractive proposition for any manager looking for long term employment with time to formulate and execute their plan. We have a long established hire-em-fire-em policy and in that respect the club is flawed.

As you say what's done is done and we have to make a fresh start.

Sorry, it is my opinion that Wood has contributed to our departure from the EFL. As you say I will not alter my opinion. This is a forum for opinions. You have yours, which is obviously not the same as mine.

In my opinion the sacking of Wood who was a member of the Board and CEO/DOF (I think) so soon after relegation speaks volumes.
