Seems an alright signing has to be better than the previous dross last season has plenty of experience and ok scoring record at this level hopefully we can ship a few contracted players out

Was a good interview on Radio C.
I was surprised being the leading scorer he was let go.
When you listen he must have expressed a wish to leave.
He and his partner bought a house in Preston so it was a 3 hour drive to Hartlepool.
He said it's not to far to train in Manchester and then go to Barrow for matches.
Plus Barrow offered him a 2 year deal.
His partner also works in Manchester so good for her as they will see more if each other.
Hopefully Rose and him can make a partnership ala Keegan and Toshack.
