I think you should reword the question, it doesn't scan very well, though I know what you mean.
Re: Holker End Status
No. Let’s see the HSE packed out with as many Barrow fans as possible!l I wouldn’t want to do this for any game

No it's not my best work I admit.
Not sure if I can change it though - will try.

Re: Holker End Status
It’s taken an age to get a decent atmosphere going from the HSE again, definitely a no goer.

Agree with McMark , why would we give the end away where the vocal support comes from and where the team / fans have been enjoying the victories?

Re: Holker End Status
Definitely a no from me, the atmosphere has been pretty good in there this season. Why let any club take that away and increase & build up their own atmosphere…..
Keep the atmosphere, keep the run going.
Keep the atmosphere, keep the run going.
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.
Re: Holker End Status
If we can’t draw a 4k+ home crowd against Carlisle in a game that would see us leapfrog them and possibly into the top 7, then seriously when can we? The club shouldn’t have to push this one hard but I hope they do. Flags and banners in the HSE, both teams hitting form and hopefully a great game…. and 3 of them again.

Give them the 'popular' side. Theres about as much atmosphere in there as a morgue

I remember the Darlington game well. If I remember correctly, they returned the favour at their place and we got a soaking too.

Re: Holker End Status
Is that right? I remember the HSE without a roof but not the Pop Side. And as I remember it (recollections may vary) Darlington were allocated the whole HSE, travelling in numbers for potentially their ‘last game ever’ as they faced extinction. I was stood on the Pop Side and there were young Darlo lads going along the terraces there with collection buckets. Did I dream that? Anyone?Main Stand SeasonTct wrote: ↑Wed Nov 04, 2026 5:58 pmWe gave the popular side to Darlington fans one year when the popular side had no roof. It lashed it down for the entirety of the game

Two completely different games, decades apart. They got the Pop Side New Years Day? 1990? and the HSE when they were fighting for their survival at some point this century.Wintergreen wrote: ↑Thu Nov 05, 2026 9:03 amIs that right?
