Have they employed whoever's been doing our shop? That badge is still horrific

We'll be getting 'Keep calm and support Barrow' next. With the club thinking they're being trendy and hip using a meme that has thankfully disappeared

Well its good to hear this process is nearing completion; we have desperately needed someone to put their heart and soul into this position since PC took over the club. The new Commercial Officer will have to be prepared to buy in bulk as well as we have been starved of club merchandise for so long the demand will be great.

So for next season:
• Better squad - possibly in the play off conversation
• Tangible progress with the stadium redevelopment
• Quality branded merchandise of every description for all your personal and gift needs
• Professional and profitable corporate and sponsor packages

We've never had it so good.

It's not the world's greatest design, but I really like the idea that you can put a good design on a range of merchandise. Bit odd that it's priced in dollars though, if the product comes from the USA there could be big import fees too.

New commercial manager is Emma Athersmith.

Barrow AFC are very pleased to announce the appointment of their new Commercial Development Manager, Emma Athersmith.
Emma will begin in the role after rounding off her very successful contract, working with St Mary’s Hospice, the current shirt sponsor of Barrow AFC.

As well as having considerable experience in fund raising and in managerial roles, Emma is also an avid bluebirds fan.
Club CEO Austin Straker believes that “from the very talented field of applicants, we feel that we have been able to appoint someone who is passionate about the club, has a proven track record in a number of areas and most importantly, has the capacity to learn and to grow professionally.
Emma will help us to expand as she makes the position here her own and brings her own ideas and energy into our plans for the future of Barrow.
She is keen to develop the customer experience for the fans while retaining much of the tradition and history of the club.”
