The coverage is for a live programme called Final Score on BBC with running reports from 5 games showing goals immediately after they have gone in and near misses. The whole game will not be televised.
Will have to do some researching here, have watched games in past that haven't been shown live but are being stremed into the BBC,the website i used diverts all the live streaming to there site.

Not even a cup run (yet) and we've netted £25K.

All we need are the ticket details now - judging by the interest some may end up disappointed if we only get a small allocation due to the issues with segregation and small capacity at their ground?

Some great info there, saltcellar!
This sprang a few alarm bells, however:
"The pitch looked in very good condition, but when I stood behind the bottom goal, I noticed the pitch does have a slope on it running from right to left towards the long covered seating area"...
I'm sure Paul Cox will be aware of this and will no doubt inform our boys of how to deal with it. It could be a problem, though, especially if it's a windy day.

That might help but the prospect of the M6 / M5 route is pretty nightmarish due to the traffic volume and congestion around the lengthy 50mph zones currently in place. This got me thinking that it’s been a canny while now since we’ve had a ‘Football Special’ train to a game.
The ‘Special’ was the long haul norm I think for Barrow AFC and RL supporters in days of yore when a coach or car would have to navigate the streets of Dalton, Ulverston, Greenodd, Backbarrow etc. at the outset. It was a great way to travel, minimal delay, good craic, more comfortable, drinking without impunity and arriving straight into the heart of things.
However, I heard that the special for the 2010 FAT Final did suffer quite a few delays with scheduled services having priority. So, with us having an airfield on Walney, I wonder if the Trust have ever considered (Cont. Pg.94)

A downside to the Sunday kick off is we have little time to recover for the trip to Wrexham on Tuesday, unless it could be played on the Wednesday.

According to the FA's site, a total of nine matches have been switched to that Sunday 2pm slot.
http://www.thefa.com/thefacup/fixtures
Sheffield United v Leyton Orient
Taunton Town v Barrow
Alfreton Town v Newport County
Maidstone United v Rochdale
St Albans City v Carlisle United
Boreham Wood v Notts County
Hartlepool United v Stamford
Morecambe v Coventry City
Blackpool v Kidderminster Harriers
So, If I've understood this correctly, we'll be sharing that space with live reports and near-live goals/significant action from not another four, but another eight games?

Could the club have refused to play on the Sunday? I would like to see some of the money the club have been given somehow to benefit the travelling fans who now will have to take a day off work.

You read it here first, of course:

"
There is a significant slope which Taunton elected to play down in the first half..." and "...
I expected Hemel, with the advantage of the slope, to press on to victory...". I am awaiting Paul Cox's phone call
