Not mathematically safe yet but Southend play Exeter away on Saturday, while Grimsby are at home to Bolton.
Two hard games for them.

If - a very big IF - but IF we beat Orient and those 2 lose we will have 49 points and the maximum those 2 could achieve would be 49 from their remaining games with a much poorer goal difference.saltcellar wrote: ↑Tue Apr 13, 2021 10:29 pm Not mathematically safe yet but Southend play Exeter away on Saturday, while Grimsby are at home to Bolton.

Fantastic result and performance, well done to everyone. Exeter join the ranks of clubs whose fans don’t like being beat by little old Barrow, their website has lots of moans and, frankly, insulting reasons why they got beat.
Although a lot of their fans have joined fans of other clubs in casting covetous eyes at Quigs. Hope he is on at least a couple more years.

Re: Barrow v Exeter match thread
They were very arrogant on their website in the last couple of days about the game. One post even predicting a 5-0 win for Exeter. They need to look at themselves as they've massively underachieved with the quality they have (or think they have) just like they have done over the past couple of seasons. It's just an excuse when they go on and on about another teams pitch or facilities. In fact when you watch a lot of the highlights from other games in our division there are a fair number of pitches that look poor. And a lot haven't got the excuse of being in the non league for 48 years. We know we have to improve things with the stadium hopefully new dressing rooms is a start and the pitch is being dug up right after the Southend game. But away supporters who think they've got a god given right to smash "little Barrow" is nothing new is it?MikeRenney wrote: ↑Tue Apr 13, 2021 10:42 pm Fantastic result and performance, well done to everyone. Re: Barrow v Exeter match thread
Its mad how many people have only just realised quigs is class. If only he had some John Rooney esque supply this season who knows where we could of finished.
Re: Barrow v Exeter match thread
He would have had to stay in the conference and signed for Stuckport in order for that to happen! But instead he is living the footballers dream!
