Not how I saw it at all. I thinkI heard Jones call so Banks ducked out of heading it, then Jones mis-controlled it.
Absolutely correct Jim. I was stood directly in the line of play Jones clearly asking for it then gave the ball away

A sleep hasn’t cured my anger……..still absolutely bubbling at how poor we were yesterday and the total lack of guts from anyone to take command of the game. Spineless

I hope I'm wrong but are the players playing for the manager? because something is desperately not right 😕

One wonders if there's ANY motivation going on in training. He can blame the players - and in some cases they deserve the blame - but he ultimately carries the responsibility.
Buying in more players in January won't make him a better manager, but why should he care? Laughing all the way to the bank and another payout on the horizon, and so the circus continues!

I dare say we’re getting ahead of ourselves.

Pinch yourself and get back in the real world.

When we survived under kelly player morale was at an all time low (that quigley interview)

Right now it seems we have the minerals to stay up we need a striker but we do have four forwards that Are not doing the business I can’t blame Gordon for his effort but the other three can go for me. They are our problem I believe.

I trust in Cooper

Hell fire Nige, I thought it was only me that could get so down. I really believe that Coops will sort this and we will come good-still twenty odd games to go.
Daft as it sounds,I wouldn't be surprised if we came away from Nailsworth with a point if the team are determined to show their inner strength and resolve that I think they really do have.

Likewise Dmitri Sea. A young lad who clearly wants an arm around his shoulder, yet whenever he is asked about him he answers like he is a pimple on his bum that won't go away.

Cooper wants the players to run through brick walls for Barrow and to go through the pain barrier but the problem he has is a lot of them aren't prepared to do that and leave it for someone else to do it , I like Cooper but I've got the feeling some players can't hack criticism etc so whilst people say he'll sort it it's easier said than done!

Coopers just being honest with supporters, “turned up for training late, disappeared to France and missed all the flights” also complimented sea at the qna as a “hidden gem”

This. Is Paul Ogden still scouting players? We need signings ready for the start of January not wait till the end of the transfer window and let another month drift by.
It’s not that long since we were playing decent attacking football so hopefully we can get back to that, and it’s been obvious all season we’ve missed a striker (or 2!)
Easier said than done to find them but imho we are a quality centre back and a quality centre forward away from a decent starting 11. A 4-3-3 of Farman, Hutton, Platt, New Centre Back, Brough, White, Bank, Gotts and then Stevens and Gordon either side of a new centre forward would be in no danger at all of going down

I trust in Cooper as well, but it was very flat and lacking in effort and energy yesterday. Too many long balls; at least that might appease some of the “get the bloody thing forward” brigade. Plenty of them left in the stand. At the moment, amongst other things, the speed of passes isn’t anywhere quick enough. Just watched their goal on highlights, and arguably Jones M, Banks, Jones J and Hutton all could have done better. Very poor one to give away.
