Re: January Farewells
Can only be Banks let's just hope that if it's him or whoever it doesn't unsettle them !
Re: January Farewells
I think there is also interest in Brough

Re: January Farewells
If it is Banks, would let him go if they meet the right price we want. 6 months left on contract and can't see him staying beyond end of this season so may as well get some cash in for him

Re: January Farewells
No chance none of those have done enough to warrant interest, the rumours about Bradford seem pretty credible so I'm not surprised.Big_Bluebird wrote: ↑Fri Jan 14, 2022 10:03 amYou're just guessing. Could be brough banks Hutton gotts or even Tom White
Re: January Farewells

Re: January Farewells
I originally assumed it was Gotts.
Banks has been our best player this season and if he leaves it will so much harder to avoid relegation.
Bradford bid seems likely . Nearer to where he lives to.

Re: January Farewells
Does anyone have a list of players who are out of contract this summer? Banks and Platt for example these are players we should be offering new contracts

Firstly you can offer but they can turn it down, secondly we can offer and they accept and then still go…Rooney, Evatt!
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

If I had to guess one player I’d go with Platt, but agree there are several contenders.blue nige wrote: ↑Fri Jan 14, 2022 10:20 amNo chance none of those have done enough to warrant interest, the rumours about Bradford seem pretty credible so I'm not surprised.Big_Bluebird wrote: ↑Fri Jan 14, 2022 10:03 am

Re: January Farewells
Disagree. I’d rather run his contract down. He’s that important. If he has a desire to go to Bradford he can do that for free in June. Just give us a good three months and see us safe.
Re: January Farewells
Ok selling him, but finding a replacement much harder - it's a no from me
