Barrowfan Chris, thank you for admitting it was by invite in your post, instead of the bullshit about draws and name generators (wtf?) No problem with that whatsoever. Honesty at the start of this thread would have saved 8 pages

Exactly. That was all that was needed. No wool was needed to be placed over anyones eyes.

Read Ian's post at start of this.
Some groups were drawn, other groups did not use this method.

Very pleased that the supporters who have followed us home and away through thick and thin for many seasons get their chance to be there on FF (it wouldn't be difficult to pick out the main core and guessing most of us at away games could name them all). I hope you all enjoy it guys (and gals in Freya's case). Sadly I can't be there Saturday due to a prior engagement so please give an extra cheer for me and get us through to a big 4th round tie.

True that.
Totally fair that regular followers are given this opportunity, and there were probably 'draws' made for certain groups, would be cool to just be up front that there were also people invited.
Lots of fuss over nothing though, more interested in whether the club shop will be stocked.

I wasn't saying that at all TTK, They will be loyal fans but I was referring to the people who were selected as Xbar regulars so drinking in the Soccer Bar obviously would exclude them from that list. Their freedom of choice and freedom of choice to select those who drink in the Xbar, especially when we were desperate for the income across the bar.
They may have qualified on other criteria but that is another matter.
