From what I've read from other members posts it was Dagenham trying to cause trouble?
What was the craic?
Nothing much, weird set up at Dagenham, a segregated stand but both sets of fans use same bar underneath it at half time.
Few cockney lads tried mouthing off, stewards intervened and stood in between , then it got a bit pushy, a bit of beer went flying then everyone returned to their segregated areas. Nothing to get excited about.
Why they can't let us go on the spare empty terrace I don't know.
But I Suppose they couldn't rip us off for £21 quid if that was the case.
Segregation in the stadium but no segregation at the bar? That's asking for trouble.
I wonder if they employ the same guy as us for implementing 'their' segregation policy...

Fancy throwing good beer about... :D

Anyone know which player it is ?
He was referring to Dagenham's Kevin Lokko who we tried to sign 18months ago, that's all - it was nothing recent. I was concerned by his comment that the squad "has been thrown together" in the last few weeks, though.

Okay, thanks.

Might listen to it later and see what I make of it.

Discussions over the pricing at that horrible place yesterday.
We pay £21 to sit but people are paying £15 to sit and stand in other areas of ground. Is that allowed.

I thought the rule was that they had to charge the cheapest admission price to away supporters. Or is that just an unwritten rule that most clubs seem to adopt.

So...away fans pay their transport then they buy food, beverages and alcohol in Dagenham and/or the stadium itself and are charged six pounds more than the home fans for the privilege! That's taking the p*** - big style!

Dagenham should be ashamed of themselves. Is that legal what they're doing? They need reporting...

It was something like that McMark, if you didn't offer away fans terracing you could only charge them the home terrace price for their seats (if that makes sense).

Probably got rid of that rule as it was common sense and showed a modicum of respect to matchgoing supporters.

Radio cumbria do a great job but Andy is negative about Barrow.Anyone who listened yesterday will have heard him go on and on and on about a bet he tried to put on Barrow conceding the most free kicks this season in the league. He then went on everytime we conceded a free kick,So,according to todays NLP there was only 3 teams in the league who conceded less yesterday,so what the [SwearFilter] was he banging on about.

Further to my post about RC, Adam I wasn't implying that your station aren't neutral etc as I have never listened to it I was more referring to RC being Carlisle obsessed

That difference being one goal away from home against a side strongly tipped as one of the very best in the league.

Don't go to many away games but a good day trip down to dat London. Football wise, what everyone else has said, played like what we are, a team coming together for the first time, but after the break started to get back into it and deserved the goal. Sadly Equaliser wasn't to be. Onwards an upwards Barrow, Will know more about this sides propsects for the season 10 games in.

Biggest disappointment of day-, Was looking forward to a trip to Brook Pie and Mash shop on Dagenham Road, only to discover it was shut for holidays!! However, all was not lost, we went to the Pipe Major, just down from the ground and enjoyed a cracking carvery.......Pie, mash and liquor next time.

HIghlight of day, day, enjoying a pint pre match in the club house and discovering that the pint glasses had those quick fill bottom up dispensers. "So don't press that button underneath the glass" was the conversation I was having . So what did he do, ...and guess what happened.
