Not suggesting we want any of the 3 but hopefully we are making moves but we are in a bit of no mans land without a manager who might not even be available in the end going off how long it’s all taking…

I am assuming that who ever it is its all sorted and can't be announced because the manager is involved in play offs.

Can't see that as I can't think of any manager in the playoffs who would leave his club to move to us if his club made it into EFL2. We might be waiting to try for a manager whose team don't make it from the playoffs but that is a different matter.

Take it recruitment will now be handled by the new Director of football including the new Manager appointment hence departure from normal advertising and interviewing protocol.

Sometimes managers want a fresh challenge, I would say the manager is in place and ready to announced.

He might be but I'd be amazed if it was any of the managers whose teams are promoted to EFL2. It could be one whose team doesn't get promoted but, if so, it will be conditional on that happening.

Which might not happen until Sunday, 5th June, National League play-off final day. The new season starts on 31st July.

It might be a good idea for an interview with the new Sporting Director to be published on the website so that we understand how he's thinking about the way forward.

Even Barrow are not silly enough to waiting and see if the target becomes available depending on something else, that is a crazy - who ever the next manager is it will be a done deal already
