Everything I saw today was iniated by young "Barrow fans" either drunk or looking for trouble. Same ones that are glued to the barrier between home and away fans at Holker St
Not true, open your eyes !
I had my eyes open otherwise I wouldn't have found the coach

Rubbish the Stockport fans were coming in from behind through the bushes the coppers were useless as per usual people getting hit with batten whilst walking through crowd for no reason.
I thought most of barrow fans were impeccably behaved even when the odd moron of Stockport fans walked right along the bus line shouting obscenities at us fans. I may add right in front of police also who didn't stop them yes there was the odd little scuffle between ours and theirs pavement dancers as they are called on here.
But all in all a great day out with 10 mins of a little trouble at the end

I am not omniscient and all I have said is what I saw going on as I walked back to the coach

Outstanding first half performance, one of the best ever imo. However, a full 96 minutes of wat is a worrying trend of abysmal match officialdom. We won 4-2 in bookings in what wasn't a dirty game by any stretch of the imagination. Some bizarre decisions throughout. Ball clearly out right in front of the linesmans eyes as well before the stockport player crossed it in the last couple of minutes that led to the pen that never was. The players are getting better at this level, the officials are heading in the opposite direction.

Sadly it’s people like you, who tarnish the reputation of our club, absolute idiot

Be wrong for any of us to speculate on what happened after the game today. A young man is in a serious state in hospital after attending a game of football. And detracts from a very good performance by our team at Stockport County today.
My thoughts and I’m sure many others are with his family and those within the vicinity who had to witness a very traumatic event. Hopefully the lad makes a speedy and thorough recovery.

2 players coming in next week to join the squad for training to see how they fit; both potentially permanent deals, not loans. Any player who was wavering about joining the bookies' favourite for relegation might just be reassured after yesterday.

Some happy faces here!
IMG_2560.JPG
I don't look as happy there as I definitely was.
We caught them sleeping first half and were clinical in front of goal. We were not as awful second half as people are making out, more that they woke up and are clearly a decent side.
Agree with most of what Boylie said but I was most impressed with Ray, Gotts and Waters today. A few tired legs understandably towards the end in what was a very high intensity game.
Onwards!!

This fan-made video tends to support that the ball was fully out of play before the player crossed for the non-penalty (around 11:34).

Like I said “from what was posted on Twitter” all speculation of course
Not speculation at all, we were on bus no 3, the Stockport fans were coming through the bushes trying to get to the Barrow fans, another one of them came through us shouting we’re cheating fkers, just looking for a bite. The worse sore losing set of fans I’ve ever come across. Didn’t get involved myself, why let it ruin a great day, all in all the travel was very well organised by the trust
