I done think anyone's going to write word for word what was brought up, if the club want to do something then that's up to them.
If people ask things on here I'm sure those that were there will do there best to answer
Fair enough, but I thought somebody would have just given a summary of the responses to the main concerns of the fans, not the picky stuff.
Either (a) nothing was said that the critics could take exception to or (b) the meeting was cancelled at the last minute or (c) as per the North Korea theory, fans were told that anyone who published an account before the 'official' version was released would be 'dealt with'.

Cassons still 100% committed, "want to be here as long as we'll have them", usual stuff about being custodians of the club etc.
Not actively looking at big ground redevelopments yet, sees it as a waste of investment while "other structure" isn't in place yet, talk of brand, commercial, digital, gates etc. Lots of patch up jobs being done etc. Also issues with financing for redevelopments, looked at bank loans etc but they won't lend to football clubs, so they're looking at other ways of raising the capital, considering options such as bonds like Stevenage have done recently. Did however say (though didn't want to be held to this) that he'd like to see the crossbar end gone and redeveloped in the next 5 years ish.
Lots of talk of the squad, injuries etc. We're paying £800 of Chris Clements wages, so there's clearly some money for squad investment, said with Cox it was always about Cox wanting a big 22 man squad of high earners, whereas the Cassons would rather have the starting XI on good wages but then a squad of lower earners making it up, when he wanted to bring players in in January the stipulations were that they had to be better than what we had now so would start. Apparently we spent £100k extra between January and the end of the season, bringing in players such as Innih Effiong, John Flatt, extending Akil Wright, Shaun Tuton, loans for Jack Thomas, Matt Platt, Thomson, Burke etc. Wage bill pre-christmas was £720k per year ish, went up to about £820k for the last few months, and is around £900k this year so higher again. Admitted one of the biggest mistakes the club made was with having the right physio, medical staff etc in place, thus alot more injuries and hold their hands up to that, looking to rectify that.

There were slides detailing different areas, eh team, the summer, infrastructure
1)Cox and Ogden couldn't agree re recruitment in the autumn and they also missed out on a lot. Any marquee signings were asking too much.
2) Forget stands and stuff, it isn't cost effective to do other than make sure ground is basically fit for purpose, so more things like floodlights and new bogs. No shiny new ground.
3) This is because the Cassons couldn't secure the finance to invest that amount in the sense of getting a loan.
4) Portfolio of two companies, basically the phone company pays towards upkeep of the club (I think this is what was meant)
5) There wasn't an interview process, people were spoken too but didn't impress whereas Micky Moore was popular and better at things like sorting out training and the medical side which was woeful (we haven't been doing medicals for instance) he defended the opinion that the football was better and results would improve. There were a couple of informal chats with Holty, none more.
6) What would he do differently? We could have managed our managers more robustly (not a direct quote)

£900k a year sounds a hell of a lot, is that just player wages or does ir cover all employees?

Can't have been anything too controversial last night; if there had been the usual suspects would be into their tenth page of moans on at least three different threads.

Speaking of improvements let's hope the programme sellers either side of the stand enjoy their nice new dry facilities today in this awful weather

Was there anything at all about the strategy to grow the club over the next 1-3 years.
A strategy and a tangible plan.

Hopefully it was a positive meeting for fans and management, and we can have others in future.
