1. Those wanting rid of the board should think again if they want the club to exist because nobody else will come in.
2. The recruitment team isn't good enough.
3. The system they play won't make any difference because the players aren't good enough.
4. The manager isn't good enough as he can't even pick the best team or get them to do even the basics.

I have not read any posts suggesting the Board should go - quite the opposite. Points 2-4 a fair summary given what we have all seen for ourselves. We seem to operate in a state of panic and hoping for the best and Cowps knows what effect this is having on Newfoundland and it's Labradors.
