I am pretty sure somebody came on this board a while ago saying they had a link (family/friend) who had land alongside the A590 who may be willing to have a sign. Seem to recall Uncle Peter was going to follow up.
(If I'm wrong I blame alcohol and old age!)

I haven't been asked to do posters this season, but I'll knock one together after work.

If the team are doing well and playing attractive football they will sell themselves.

I think these are great Ste,I dont know how long it takes to knock these up but would love to see them as a regular instalment to go along side Daves brilliant match day posters.

Approximately 1 minute and 47 seconds per photo. Happily do them for each game, will probably do a few versions, for facebook cover photos, twitter cover photos, facebook profile photos etc...

What about the window of HSS next door to the Ambrose, who are sponsoring travel this season.

Providing we get a reasonable result at Boston I think we're gonna get a gate for the Gainsborough game on Tuesday that could be in the region of 1500.
With this in mind I just hope the club have more than the normal number of turnstiles (and operators) available than we had last season to cope with the extra demand. We don't want people seeing a massive queue and then saying sod it, I can't be bothered queueing up or people still queueing to get in 10mins after the game has kicked off.

DO you really think there is a chance of 1500 people turning up on Tuesday? SUGGESTING an attendance figure that doubles the highest of last season is silliness in my opinion.

you strike me Alan as a glass half empty kind of a man !
and it's far from silliness in my opinion that we could get this
I mean let's face facts how many folk do you know who are talking
about barrow AFC ? a lot never known anything like this thanks to mr casson
and everything what go's with it ! so to even say its silliness shows me your
faily small minded. What's wrong with aiming high ? john has a good idea like
the rest of us how this will work. Not having a dig at you just giving a opinion that's all :flag:
are you from Boston Alan ? as why back against your own team ?
