Unless Burns - who is a consistent performer, is injured, for me this is an example of Edmo's unnecessary changes. Cowps hasn't done anything wrong by the way, just cannot understand why now at this stage the Manager decides to leave our recognised right back out.

What astounds me is that we've waited months for a recognised left back to make the starting 11 since Wilmer - Anderton got injured.


Edmo likes Cowps a lot. Im not so certain.


The squad rotation completely baffles me, it's not just one or two changes its like 4/5 at a time.

If we win this league, it's purely on luck. The way edmo handles things and picks his teams is like a manager who is desperate for 3 points at the bottom of league. Which is what he has been doing in his last job.

Absolutely spot on Jonty. This is the sort of chopping and changing (they say it's not tinkering) that is baffling supporters. Unless like you say, Burnsy is injured, why would he do that? just seems an insane thing to do!

Burnsy is gutted not to be playing at the minute and looked as devastated as the rest of us at the final whistle, when I saw him in the clubhouse. Had a quick chat with him after the game, top lad for a scally

If Edmondson won`t play his best team then Mr Casson should appoint a manager who will, make no bones about this if we fail to get promoted it will be the managers fault, you have 3 games left Edmo maybe(6) get it right play your best team or have a long summer break.

Another reason too go for it, look, up too u guys if you want 3 games too play , or potentially 6! Walker has too start along with Reid, Burns and Alex Ray create more with those in

People saying "play your best team" - rubbish. Some of the main players that you'd expect to do well at this level, like Reid, Ledsham, Ray-Harvey, Walker, and even latecomers like Guy and Carver, not one of those players can say they've had a good season. I think the main reason it's been such a letdown is "big" players not performing, and that's not down to management as much as it is the players themselves. Can't really blame Edmo for signing them, because they've all got league experience and in theory, it should be easy for them at this level. Maybe that's the problem, they expected it to be easy.

The tactics were fine when we were walking it before Christmas, then we got found out, then Edmo tried mixing it up a bit, now we're stumped.

I like Burns a lot as a whole-hearted, committed player but he has been found wanting in several games and a change seemed reasonable. His replacement has done much better on the right than at left back.
